Make-up brushes - Part one!

I've been wanting to do a post on make-up brushes. I really only started using brushes a year or so ago. I started out with cheaper brushes (the Manicare brand was one, they are good quality) but when I traveled to the U.S. a bunch of MAC brushes were on my list, they are about a third of the price over there. The MAC brushes I have are: 226, 239, 217, 109 and the 138 (that is 3 eyeshadow brushes and 2 face ones). I will do a post on these brushes next week.

The newest brushes I got are, one from Jemma Kidd:

I love using this for my cream foundations, my current faves are Chanel's Vitalumiere Aqua Compact and Becca's Foundation Stick.

I find that synthetic brushes are better at picking up and spreading cream products so I recently ordered a set and a single brush from Real Techniques (a line created by one of the PixiWoo sisters):

I'll do a review of the brushes over the weekend, as I won't receive them until Saturday. I ordered the brushes from iHerb. If you also want to do an order you can use my code POZ847 to receive $5USD off your order :)
